In the quality department, every day revolves around one goal: ensuring that our juices and smoothies meet the highest quality standards. Our quality specialists do this by performing thorough quality checks on the ingredients, juices and labels. At every point in the production process, from pressing the fruit to filling the bottles, the quality department plays an active role. They ensure that the processes meet the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. Several roles can be found in this team, such as QA Officer, HSE Officer and FSQ Officer. QA Employee

Dotting the i's

Zorgen dat productinformatie 100% klopt, dat is waar de Kwaliteitsmedewerker QA dagelijks mee bezig is. Afwisselende taken horen bij deze functie waaronder het waarborgen van labelconformiteit, het uitvoeren van specificatiechecks, het leiden van validaties en het zorgvuldig afhandelen van klachten. Dit is allemaal onderdeel van ons streven om ervoor te zorgen dat het kwaliteitsbeleid en de kwaliteitssystemen bij Fruity Line op en top zijn.

Food Safety Quality Officer

Quality processes

As FSQ Officer, the focus is entirely on optimizing quality processes. An essential aspect of this role is supervising audits of customers and certifying bodies (BRC, IFS, GMP+, and SKAL). In addition, the FSQ Officer takes an active role in initiating and leading optimization projects, as well as directing improvement processes.

QA - QC employee

Accurate at every check

The QA - QC employee performs daily checks on products, takes samples for analysis, and records discrepancies to ensure quality. They contribute to developing and improving procedures, check quality systems, and analyze customer complaints to take appropriate action. They are also actively involved in internal and external audits, think about process improvements, and contribute to training sessions on quality and standards within the company.
